Thanks to the kindness and generosity of Jeff Linenfelser, Gerald is having some much needed repairs done on his home!

Jeff, an amatuer boxing promoter and handyman extraordinaire, along with various businesses in the Freeport area, have donated their time and materials to do some long overdue and much needed work to Gerald's home after reading an article at Kronkgym.com that mentioned Gerald's need for a new bathroom.

The McClellan Family would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude to everyone in the boxing community who turned out to support Gerald McClellan and Greg Page at the fundraiser held in their honor on February 22, 2003.

Several items were auctioned off at the event and a total of $75,000 was raised, thanks to the generosity of fans and supporters in every walk of life throughout the world.

Jeff and his partners have not only begun working on the champ's bathroom, they've installed a new sub-floor, ceramic tile floor and cupboards in the kitchen! In addition, they've repaired extensive water and mold damage throughout Gerald's home that insurance didn't cover and he was unable to pay for himself due to the tremendous costs involved in his daily care.

Because of his selflessness, Jeff will have saved Gerald nearly $20,000!
